Butaphosphan - Introduction
Nature:
1. Butafosfan is a flammable liquid that produces irritating phosphoric acid gas when it burns.
2. Butafosfan has high viscosity and surface tension.
3. It can react with many organic compounds and form salts with compounds such as ammonium chloride, ammonium chloride and formic acid.
Use:
1. Butafosfan is mainly used as a glass etchant and can be used to prepare semiconductor devices and optical components.
2. It can also be used as a catalyst and stabilizer in chemical reactions.
3. Butafosfan is also used in fluorescent probes and medicine.
Method:
