Butroxydim is a herbicide belonging to the aromatic ether class.
nature:
It is a white crystalline solid that is insoluble in water and has high solubility in organic solvents such as methanol and ethanol.
Method:
Mainly achieved through a series of chemical reactions with the former quinone. In the past, quinone reacted with potassium tert butanol to form tert butanol ester compounds. Then, the product is converted into ketones through acid treatment. Pure Butroxydim was obtained through steps such as whiskers, crystallization, and drying.
Security information:
1. Avoid skin and eye contact when in contact, and avoid inhalation or ingestion.
2. It should be used in a well ventilated area and personal protective equipment such as gloves and protective goggles should be worn during use.
3. If there is accidental contact or ingestion, seek medical attention immediately and explain to the doctor with the product label or safety data sheet.
