Physical and Chemical Properties | Tan powder. It is green in concentrated sulfuric acid, and a black precipitate is produced after dilution. In concentrated nitric acid in red light brown. It is gray in the alkaline solution of sodium hydrosulfite and dark olive in the acidic solution. |

use | reduced olive t is mainly used for dyeing cotton fiber, with medium levelness and good affinity. it is generally used for dyeing dark gray and variegated color. It is also used to dye silk, wool and polyester cotton fabrics. |
Production method | Using benzoanthrone and 1-aminoanthraquinone as raw materials, benzoanthone is first brominated, then condensed with 1-aminoanthraquinone, and finally closed-loop in the presence of potassium hydroxide to obtain the product. The finished product is neutralized, washed, filtered, crushed and dried.. Add 200kg of water, 250kg of sulfuric acid (98%), 120kg of benzanthrone and 4kg of chlorobenzene in a brominating pot, stir for 1h, add 120kg of bromine, stir for 1h, then raise the temperature to 70-75 ℃, and keep the temperature for 2h. Slowly add 450kg sodium hypochlorite solution (10%) within 2 hours and stir for 30min. Detect the end point of the reaction (melting point of the product> 238 ℃). Cooling, adding sodium bisulfite to decompose excess bromine, filtering, washing, and drying to obtain dibromide. 200kg of the above dibromide, 800kg 1-amino anthraquinone, 6kg CuO and 100kg of sodium carbonate are added into the solid phase reactor, mixed for 1h, uniformly heated to 280 ℃, kept for 3h, cooled and crushed to obtain "imine" mixture. Add 200kg of potassium hydroxide and 1000kg of butanol into the reaction pot, raise the temperature to 100-120 ℃ to dissolve them completely, cool to 90 ℃, add 240kg of the above "imine" mixture, close the pot, and react at 110 ℃ for 6 hours. Then steam out butanol, filter, wash, get dye filter cake. Add 50L of water, the above dye filter cake and 300kg of diffuser to the frosted pan for grinding until the standard is met and the finished product is crushed. |
