application | 3-methylpentane is an important organic compound with a wide range of uses and can be used as a solvent, reagent and organic synthesis intermediate. |
prepare | (1) prepare raw materials, the raw materials include light naphtha;(2) carry out catalytic hydrogenation reaction on light naphtha to complete to obtain intermediate product A, the benzene content in intermediate product A is 0.01%, and the sulfur content is 0.4ppm; The process parameters of the catalytic hydrogenation reaction are: the temperature is 140 ℃, the hydrogen-oil volume ratio is 120:1, the reaction pressure is 0.2MPa, the reaction space velocity is 2h-1, and the catalyst used is supported skeleton nickel. (3) The intermediate product A is mixed with water and then added to the first co-boiling distillation column for azeotropic distillation, from the top of the first co-boiling distillation column to obtain water and 2,3-dimethyl butane azeotrope, the bottom of the column to obtain intermediate product B. (4) Mixing intermediate product B with water and adding it to the second azeotropic distillation column for azeotropic distillation. The azeotrope of water and 2-methylpentane is obtained from the top of the second azeotropic distillation column. After condensation, the water and 2-methylpentane are separated; the bottom discharge of the column enters the third azeotropic distillation column for azeotropic distillation, and the azeotrope of water and 3-methylpentane is obtained from the top of the column, after condensation, water is separated to obtain 3-methylpentane, in which 3-methylpentane contains n-hexane with a volume fraction of less than 8%; n-hexane is obtained from the bottom of the tower. The above-mentioned 3-methylpentane is adsorbed using 5A molecular sieve at normal pressure and 110 ℃, the space velocity of the adsorption bed is 0.33 h-1, the regeneration pressure is-90kPag, and the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent is 10kg/m3. After adsorption and separation, 3-methylpentane with a purity of 99.9% is obtained. The 5A molecular sieve is regenerated and desorbed by high temperature water vapor replacement method to obtain desorbed product, and the desorbed product is incorporated into n-hexane. |
