Summary:
objective to investigate the drug resistance of acinetobacter baumannii to 6 antibiotics and the annual dosage of these drugs from 1994 to 2003 in the general hospital of the people's liberation army, and to explore the correlation between drug dosage and drug resistance. Methods Retrospective investigation method, paper diffusion method was used for drug sensitivity test and WHONET5.3 and. EXCEL software analysis, the annual dosage of 6 antibiotics from 1994 to 2003 and the drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii to these drugs were analyzed, the frequency of each medicinal drug (DDDs) was calculated, and the correlation between drug resistance rate and drug frequency was analyzed by statistical methods. Results In the past 10 years, the drug resistance rates of Acinetobacter baumannii to 6 antibiotics showed an increasing trend. The maximum increases in the drug resistance rates of ceftazidime and ciprofloxacin were 46.5% and 42.3% respectively. The drug resistance rate of Acinetobacter baumannii to piperacillin was 32.4% in 1994 and increased to 62% in 2003. The drug resistance rate to imipenem was the lowest among the 6 antibiotics. Correlation, the annual dosage of ceftazidime and ciprofloxacin was positively correlated with the change of the resistance rate of Acinetobacter baumannii to these two drugs (r = 0.88,P≤ 0.01 and r = 0.65,P≤ 0.05, respectively), while the resistance of ceftazidime to piperacillin and cefotaxime was significantly correlated (r = 0.82,P≤ 0.01 and r = 0.82,P≤ 0.01, respectively); the use of ciprofloxacin was also correlated with the resistance rates of piperacillin and cefotaxime (r = 0.80,P≤ 0.01 and r = 0.68,P≤ 0.05, respectively). Conclusion The annual dosage of ceftazidime and ciprofloxacin is not only positively correlated with the drug resistance rate of Acinetobacter baumannii to these two antibiotics, but also has significant correlation with the drug resistance of ceftazidime and piperacillin and cefotaxime.

Summary:
Under alkaline conditions, ceftazidime has obvious sensitizing effect on the luminol chemiluminescence system catalyzed by gold nanoparticles. Based on this, a chemiluminescence method for the determination of ceftazidime was established. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the linear range of ceftazidime determination by this method is 3.0 × 10-5~5.0 × 10-2g/L, the detection limit is 1.0 × 10-5g/L, and the relative standard deviation is 2.0%(& rho;= 4.0 × 10-3g/L,n = 11), which is used for the determination of ceftazidime content in pharmaceutical preparations, and the average recovery rate is 99%, the results are satisfactory.

Based on the reduction of Fe ~(3) to Fe ~(2) by ceftazidime, the generated Fe ~(2) forms a red complex with o-phenanthroline, a new method for the determination of ceftazidime by Fe ~(2 )-o-phenanthroline spectrophotometry was established. The concentration of ceftazidime standard solution was linearly related to absorbance in the range of 0.4-10mg, the linear regression equation is △A = 0.1008C(mg/L) 0.07789. The linear correlation coefficient r = 0.9970. The method has been applied to the content analysis of ceftazidime in injections with satisfactory results.
