CL-251931 - Production method
4.44g compound (I)(see for its preparation. Bucourt R,et a1.Tetrahedron,1978,34:2233-2243) and 1.4l ml triethylamine are dissolved in 70ml dichloromethane, 2.08g phosphorus pentachloride is added under ice bath cooling, and 15mine is stirred. The reaction solution evaporates to dryness, and the remainder is dissolved in a mixture of 50ml dichloromethane and. 50ml acetone, and concentrated again. The remainder is added to 50ml of acetone and filtered. After the filtrate is cooled, it is added to the 2.53g compound (II) extract cooled by ice bath and combined, washed twice with water, and dried with anhydrous magnesium sulfate. Concentrated to get 5.7g compound (Ⅲ).
Add 4.4g of compound (III) to 30ml of 80% formic acid aqueous solution and stir at room temperature for 2h. Filter, decolorize the filtrate with activated carbon, and then filter. The filtrate was concentrated to dryness under reduced pressure at 40°C, and the remainder was impregnated with ether to obtain 2.4g of white amorphous solid cefazolin.
