| In vivo study | At doses of 0.1 mg/kg and 0.3 mg/kg, CTEP had a significant effect on the treatment of anxiety in mice. The Vogel drinking water conflict test was performed on rats at 0.3 mg/kg and 1.0 mg/kg doses of CTEP, and it was found that the number of drinking water increased significantly, while there was no effect at the low dose.
