Summary:
cellulose acetate propionate (CAP) was synthesized by heterogeneous catalytic esterification. the ^ 13C NMR spectra of the synthesized CAP were analyzed, and the substitution degrees of acetyl and propionyl groups of CAP were obtained respectively, and compared with chemical titration methods. The structure and performance of the product were characterized by IR, gel permeation chromatography (GPC),X-ray diffraction and differential scanning heat method (DSC). The results showed that compared with cellulose, the crystal form of the synthesized CAP changed obviously, the crystallinity decreased from 68% to 30%-40%, and the glass transition temperature was about 150 ℃. The esterification of cellulose makes it have improved plasticizing properties.

Summary:
The effects of processing conditions such as extrusion current on the water resistance and melt index of cellulose acetate propionate during twin-screw extrusion were studied. The results show that when the screw speed is 500 r/min, the five-zone temperature of screw processing is 140,170,170,170,160 ℃, and the mass fraction of plasticizer is 20%, the extruded particle performance is the best. The blending extrusion of cellulose acetate propionate and polycaprolactone was studied. Polycaprolactone can better improve the particle toughness. The cellulose acetate propionate particles containing triethyl citrate 20% and cellulose acetate propionate containing triethyl 20% citrate extruded in the same twin screw can be used to prepare films using a universal film blowing machine.
