Cinepazide - Reference Information
| Effect | Cinepazide maleate is a calcium channel blocker. By preventing Ca2 from transmembrane into vascular smooth muscle cells, it relaxes vascular smooth muscle, and expands cerebral blood vessels, coronary blood vessels and peripheral blood vessels, thereby alleviating vasospasm, reducing vascular resistance, and increasing blood flow.
