Abstract:
jasmonic acid and its derivatives such as methyl jasmonate are collectively referred to as jasmonate, which is a kind of growth regulator widely existing in plants and plays a very important role in plant cells, the cloning, expression and regulation of key enzyme genes in jasmonic acid biosynthesis were introduced, and some mutants of jasmonic acid were analyzed, the results show that jasmonic acid plays a very important role in development and defense, especially in male sterility and disease and pest resistance. At the same time, the latest achievements of jasmonic acid signal transduction are summarized.

Abstract:
with the fruit of cucumber 'shennong 5 'sensitive to low temperature as the material, the changes of physiological and biochemical indexes related to cold resistance of the fruit treated with exogenous methyl jasmonate were studied. The results showed that the treatment slowed down the development of chilling injury symptoms of cucumber fruit, and reduced the cell membrane electrolyte leakage rate, proline and soluble solids content. After treatment, catalase activity in cucumber tissues increased, peroxidase activity decreased, and superoxide dismutase activity did not change significantly. In addition, different concentrations of methyl jasmonate had different effects on chlorophyll content of cucumber. Therefore, methyl jasmonate may reduce chilling injury of cucumber through the change of metabolic pathway.
