| Overview | cyclopentane chloride is a pharmaceutical intermediate useful in the preparation of Palbociclib. Palbociclib (officially named PD-0332991) was acquired by Pfizer as a result of a project initiated by researchers at the company Parke-Davis. The first to enter people's vision was at the San Antonio Breast Cancer Conference (SABCS) in 2012, which attracted wide attention from the industry once released.
