| Production method | It is obtained by esterification of sebacic acid and butanol under sulfuric acid catalysis. The amount of catalyst is 0.3%, the temperature is 130-140 ℃, the esterification is about 4-6h under normal pressure, and 0.1-0.3% activated carbon is added during esterification. The resulting crude ester is neutralized, dealcoholed, and pressure filtration to obtain the finished product. The raw material sebacic acid is made from castor oil. Raw material consumption (kg/t) sebacic acid 665 butanol 525 is obtained by distillation of sebacic acid and butanol in benzene solution in the presence of concentrated hydrochloric acid. It is obtained by the reaction of butanol and decanoyl chloride. |
