Physical and Chemical Properties | This product is a light yellow liquid. The relative density (20 ℃) is 1.2. Soluble in water. The finished fabric feels good and is durable. |
Use | This product is used as a durable setting finishing agent for fabrics, with good storage stability, low formaldehyde odor, excellent washing and hydrolysis resistance. It has little effect on the sun fastness of reactive dyes and is suitable for the finishing of colored fabrics. Mainly used for the finishing of polyester/cotton blended fabrics, with a plump and elastic feel. |
Storage and transportation of general chemicals. Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated place (at a temperature of 4-40 ℃).
1. Add 490kg of glyoxal (100%) to the reactor and add 20%~25% Na2CO3 aqueous solution under stirring. Adjust the pH value. Add urea, stir to dissolve, gradually raise the temperature to around 35 ℃, allow it to automatically rise to 45 ℃ for reaction for 1 hour, then keep it at 50 ℃ for 3 hours, and cool it to 40 ℃ for standby (to obtain the cyclized substance).
2. Add 1350kg of 37% formaldehyde aqueous solution to the above cyclization compound, and adjust the pH value to 8-8.5 with 20% Na2CO3. Keep it at 50 ℃ for 3 hours. Cool to room temperature and adjust the pH to 6-6.5 with acid. Dilute with water to the required content of the product. Discharging and packaging to obtain finished products.

Use | This product is used as a durable fabric finishing agent with good storage stability and low formaldehyde odor, wash resistance and hydrolysis resistance are excellent. It has little influence on the light fastness of reactive dyes and is suitable for finishing flower cloth. Mainly used for polyester/cotton blended fabric finishing, feel full, stiff and elastic. |
production method | add 490 of glyoxal (calculated as 100) to the reactor, an aqueous solution of 20-25% Na2CO3 was added with stirring. The pH was adjusted to 5-5.5. Add urea, stir and dissolve, gradually raise the temperature to about 35 ℃, allow it to automatically raise the temperature to 45 ℃ for 1 h, and then keep the temperature at 50 ℃ for 3 h, it was cooled to 40 °c for later use (cyclization). 1 8.5 of a 37% aqueous formaldehyde solution was added to the above cyclized product and the pH was adjusted to 8-with 20% Na2CO3. Incubation at 50 °c for 3 h. Cool to room temperature and adjust the pH to 6-6.5 with acid. Dilute to the desired level of product with water. Discharge, packaging to obtain the finished product.
