Abstract:
objective: to observe the damage law of dopamine and dobutamine intravenous injection on peripheral vein and its surrounding tissues in young rabbits, and to provide the basis for the protection of neonatal clinical application of the drug. Methods: Sixty rabbits were randomly divided into 4H Group (A1),8h group (A2) and 12H Group (A3) injected with dopamine and dobutamine; normal Saline was injected into 4H Group (B1),8h group (B2) and 12H Group (B3 ). The pathological changes of the puncture vein and its surrounding tissues were observed. Results: the infiltration of inflammatory cells in A2 and A3 was significantly higher than that in A1,& chi;2=7.0 32 9,P 0 .0 1;A3 epithelial cell necrosis was significantly higher than A1,A2 ,& chi;2=4.44 4,P 0 .0 5. There was no difference between group B. Conclusion: dopamine, dobutamine intravenous injection of peripheral vein and its surrounding tissue injury in young rabbits with medication

Abstract:
in hydrochloric acid medium, potassium permanganate can oxidize dobutamine to produce chemiluminescence, and formaldehyde has a strong sensitizing effect on the reaction, A flow injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of dobutamine was established. The linear range of the method was 0.1 ~ 100mg @ L-1, and the detection limit was 0.07mg @ L -1, the relative standard deviation was 1.2%(n = 11,& rho;= 1.0mg @ L-1). The method has been applied to the determination of dobutamine with satisfactory results.
