Physical and Chemical PropertiesWhite-like freeze-dried powder, soluble in water, slightly soluble in 30% ethanol and acetone, the optimum pH value is 7.8. Adding 5mmol/L Ca2 + or diisopropyl fluorophosphate (DFP) to aqueous solution can increase its stability. The inhibitors include EDTA and sodium dodecyl sulfonate; the activator is a divalent metal ion, and the combination of Mg2 and Ca2 can get the best effect. Introduction DNases are a class of nucleases that hydrolyze DNA, including endonucleases (DNase I and restriction enzymes) with exonuclease (exonuclease III, VII). DNase exists widely in many mammals, shrimp, insects and plants, and has important biological functions for individual development, normal cell aging and apoptosis, and the construction of defense system.
Application DNase is a multifunctional endonuclease that cleaves DNA in a non-specific manner, acting on the 3 ',5'-phosphodiester bond between two deoxyribonucleotides cleaves the DNA strand and degrades it into a single nucleotide or oligonucleotide.
