Abstract:
The effects of plasma spraying parameters on the microstructure and thermal conductivity of nano-zirconia coating were studied. The formation mechanism of pores in the coating and the relationship between porosity and thermal conductivity of the coating were analyzed. The results show that in the selected parameters, the porosity of zirconia coating decreases with the increase of spraying energy, and the minimum is 8%; the thermal conductivity of zirconia coating at 600 ℃ decreases with the increase of porosity, and the lowest thermal conductivity is 0.633W ·(m · K)~(-1).Key words:

Abstract:
Using urea as homogeneous precipitant, the precursor of mesoporous zirconia was synthesized by hydrothermal method. After heat-treatment at 500~550 ℃ for 2 h, the crystalline (t or m phase) mesoporous zirconia with short-range order was prepared. Their BJH desorption pore size and BET surface area are about 4~6 nm and 60~90 m2g-1, respectively.

Abstract:
to study the effect of low temperature aging method on the surface structure and mechanical properties of zirconia ceramics for oral clinical use. TZ-3YS powder was molded by Cold isostatic pressing at 200MPa, and sintered at low temperature at atmospheric pressure to prepare pre-sintered agglomerates. The crystal structure of the material was analyzed by X-ray diffraction, and the surface of the material was calculated.
