production method | figure XIV-14 laboratory-scale direct synthesis germanium synthesis device is shown in the figure. Fig. the laboratory-scale direct synthesis germanium reaction device consists of a 300mm × 30mm and a 300mm × 60mm perex glass tube. The upper end of the reaction tube and the glass fiber used as a filter between the reactor and the condenser are heated to the boiling point of chloromethylgermanium with a nickel-chromium alloy wire. Ge-Cu mixed powder is placed in a relatively thin place at the lower end of the reactor, which is also heated by nickel-chromium alloy wire, and the outside is kept warm by a Paterx tube. N2 and MeCl enter the bottom end of the reactor via a spherical flowmeter. The excess MeCl discharged from the receiving bottle is discharged through another spherical flowmeter and then through a drying tube. 50g Ge(80 mesh) and 33g Cu(200 mesh) were put into a 500mL bottle and mixed evenly, and the mixed powder was poured into a pre-dried reactor with a long-necked funnel. Heat to 350 ℃ in nitrogen atmosphere and dry for 2 hours. Then the temperature is raised to 420~430 ℃, and N2 is replaced by MeCl. After 15min, the liquid product can be obtained in the receiver cooled by the ice bath. During the whole reaction, the flow rate of MeCl at the inlet was 125mL/min and the flow rate at the outlet was 56mL/min. The rate of product reception was 9 drops/min. The whole reaction takes 14 hours. Among them, the yield of Me2GeCl2 is 86%, the remaining MeGeCl3 is 1% ~ 6%, and the Me3GeCl is ≤ 1%. |
