Abstract:
in order to further investigate the regulatory effect of Cyp on Ca ~(2) state in myocardial cells, the effects of Cyp on myocardial mitochondria, sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca ~(2), effects of Mg ~ ()-ATPase activity and calcium uptake function. The results showed: Cyp(10 ~(-3),2 × 10 ~(-4),4 × 10 ~(-5) and 8 × 10 ~(-6)M.
