preparation | to (S)-pyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid (1g,8.7 mmol) of 1, to a solution of 4-dioxane (4 mL) and H2O(15 mL) was added K2CO3(3.24g,23 mmol), chloroforme-9-fluorenyl methyl ester (2.3g,8.3 mmol) was added. The mixture was stirred at room temperature overnight and treated with H2O(10ml). The resulting mixture was extracted with Et2O(2 x 20ml). The aqueous phase was acidified with HCl(1 M) to pH = 2-3. And extracted with DCM(3 x 50 mL). The combined organic layers were dried over anhydrous Na2SO4 and concentrated to give the desired product as a white solid in yield (95% G,). |
