| Physical and Chemical Properties | Chemical white to yellowish or cream powder. The molecular weight is about 26000, the isoelectric point is 9.0, and the pH value of 2% aqueous solution is 4.1. The stability is extremely great. For example, if the normal temperature is sealed and preserved for 1~3 years, its effectiveness will only decrease by 10% ~ 20%. The aqueous solution is inactivated at 100°C, while the powder is inactivated at 100°C for several hours. The activity of aqueous solution is stable at pH 4~8.5. Its activity can be inhibited by iron, copper, and lead. Its aqueous solution can hydrolyze gelatin, coagulated protein, cheese cord, meat, liver, etc., solidify the emulsion, and digest parasite eggs such as roundworms and whipworms. There is a certain hygroscopicity. Can be completely dissolved in water, light brown to dark brown. Insoluble in general organic solvents. If it is a concentrated preparation of fig glue emulsion, it is light brown to dark brown. The main principle of action is to hydrolyze polypeptides into low molecular peptides. The optimum pH = 5.7; The optimum temperature is 65 ℃. |

Production method
