Summary:
The critical micelle concentration (CMC) of anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SD BS) and nonionic surfactant polyoxyethylene (23) lauryl ether (Brij35) at 35 ℃ and the effect of reducing surface tension efficiency were studied by surface tension method. The results show that when the mass ratio of SDBS and Brij35 is 3:7, the efficiency of reducing surface tension is the highest, and its CMC is 0.2 mmol/L, which is significantly lower than that of a single component. And when the total substance concentration is constant... check all>>

Summary:
nonionic surfactants enter the environment with wastewater, which can reduce dissolved oxygen in water and threaten aquatic animals and plants. Biodegradation is commonly used in the treatment of nonionic surfactants, but low temperature can significantly inhibit the growth and metabolic activity of microorganisms. In order to improve the low-temperature degradation effect of pollutants, a low-temperature (10 ℃) degrading strain YX3 that can grow with polyoxyethylene (23) lauryl ether (Brij-35) as the sole carbon source was isolated through long-term low-temperature acclimation in this study. It was identified as Acinetobacter (Acinetobacter sp.)YX3 by 16S rDNA. Under different pH and substrate concentrations, the degradation of Brij-35 by strain YX3 conforms to the first-order kinetic equation, with a half-life of 7.43~45.55 h. Among them, the optimum growth conditions of YX3 are pH 8.0,Brij-35 concentration of 250 mg/L,10 ℃, 24 h, the removal rate of Brij-35/reaches 95.80%, and the half-life of substrate degradation (t 1/2) is 6.1h. In addition, this strain also has a degradation effect on similar nonionic surfactant polyoxyethylene (4) lauryl ether (Brij-30).

Summary:
Non-ionic surfactants enter the water body with wastewater, producing a large number of persistent foams. These large amounts of foams that are not easy to disappear form an isolation layer on the water surface, which weakens the gas exchange between the water body and the atmosphere, causing the water body to stink; at the same time, it has biological toxicity and directly threatens the survival of aquatic animals and plants. Biological methods are often used in such wastewater treatment. However, low temperature has a significant inhibitory effect on the growth and metabolic activity of microorganisms. In order to improve the degradation effect of nonionic surfactants at low temperature, this study isolated and purified polyoxyethylene (23) lauryl ether (Brij-35) strains from activated sludge from two different sources at different temperatures (30 ℃,10 ℃), and studied the degradation performance of the strains under various environmental conditions. Through various low-temperature optimization control methods, low-temperature high-efficiency degradation strains were obtained. Use high-quality strains in biological treatment systems to determine low-temperature biological strength

Use | α-isotridecyl-ω-hydroxy-poly (oxy-1, 2-ethylene) is a surfactant commonly used for microemulsion administration. |
performance and application | 1. it has special emulsifying effect on amino silicone oil and dimethyl silicone oil, and can improve the efficacy after use. it has less dosage than general silicone oil emulsifier, the emulsion is more stable, and has strong permeability, which can penetrate into the inside of the fiber, thus obtaining a more satisfactory soft hand feeling. 2. As a metal processing aid, multifunctional detergent, decontamination solubilizer, home care cleaning agent, vehicles, public facilities, ultrasonic cleaning agent. |
