biological activity | N3-Ph-NHS ester is a non-cleavable ADC linker, can be used for the synthesis of antibody-conjugated drugs (ADCs). |
Use | photosensitive bifunctional crosslinking agent. Typically, the initial reaction couples the ester to the primary amine by forming an amide bond at a pH range of 6.5-8.5. Secondary bonding through the reactive Azene then occurs during irradiation with ultraviolet light (250nm). The bonding in the latter step is rapid and non-specific. |
