INC280-3 - Introduction
Nature:
6-broMo-1, 2,4-triazin-3-amine is a colorless to pale yellow crystal with high solubility. It is a medium strong base.
Use:
1. 6-broMo-1, 2,4-triazin-3-amine can be used as an intermediate for pesticides and has insecticidal or herbicidal applications in agriculture.
2. It can also be used as a raw material for plant growth regulators and fungicides.
3.6-bromo-1, 2,4-triazin-3-amine can also be used in the synthesis of dyes and pigments.
Method:
6-broMo-1, 2,4-triazin-3-amine can be synthesized by the following steps:
1. Sodium nitrite reacts with trimethylamine to generate nitrosotrimethylamine.
2. The nitrosotrimethylamine reacts with ammonia to generate amino trimethylamine.
3. Reacting amino trimethylamine with trichlorohydrotriazine to generate 3-amino -1,2,4-triazine.
4. Finally, adding sodium bromide to the reaction system of 3-amino -1,2,4-triazine, 6-broMo-1, 2,4-triazin-3-amine can be obtained.
