INDIP-002 - Introduction
(E)-is an organic compound with the chemical formula C11H13NOS. The following is a description of its nature, use, formulation and safety information:
Nature:
-Appearance:(E)-It is usually a reddish-brown or orange-yellow liquid.
-Solubility: It dissolves in ethanol, chloroform and acetone, but does not dissolve in water.
-Melting point: About 25-30 ℃.

Use:

-React 2-propen-1-one with 2-thienone under appropriate conditions to obtain 3-dimethylamino-1-(2-thienyl)-2-Propylene -1-one.
