Overview | N,N-diethyl -1,1,2,3,3, 3-hexafluoropropylamine can be used to prepare florfenicol, florfenicol is also called D( )-Su-type -1-p-methylsulfone phenyl -2-dichloroacetylamino -3-fluoropropanol, it is an animal-specific broad-spectrum antibiotic developed by Schering-Plough in the 2070s. Florfenicol has antibacterial activity against sensitive bacteria similar to chloramphenicol and thiamphenicol, but It still has strong antibacterial activity against chloramphenicol and thiamphenicol-resistant bacteria, such as Klebsiella, hemolytic bacillus, Actinomycin pleuropneumoniae and Salmonella typhi. Because chloramphenicol has serious adverse reactions that cause aplastic anemia, it has been banned for food animals in many countries. Therefore, florfenicol has broad application prospects in animal disease prevention and control. |
preparation | N,N-diethyl -1,1,2,3,3-hexafluoropropylamine is prepared as follows: take 600 parts -700 parts of dichloromethane, add 65 parts -85 parts of diethylamine, cool to -5 ℃ ~ -25 ℃, and pass in 110 parts -165 parts of hexafluoropropene, after the reaction is completed for 1h, the fluorinated reagent is obtained for standby; the addition amount of diethylamine is preferably 75-80 parts, and the addition amount of hexafluoropropylene is preferably 160-165 parts. |
use | can be used for fluorination reaction. |
