JNJ-38877605 - Physico-chemical Properties
Molecular Formula | C20H12F2N6
|
Molar Mass | 374.35 |
Storage Condition | 2-8℃ |
Use | JNJ-38877618 is a potent, highly selective, orally available (Met) kinase inhibitor with IC50 values of 2 and 3 nM for the wild type and mutant, respectively. |
In vivo study | In vivo, OMO-1 can completely inhibit tumor growth in 3 tumor models: SNU5 MET amp gastric cancer model, u87-MG HGF autocrine glioblastoma model and Hs746T gastric cancer model containing MET gene with exon 14 skip deletion mutation. The combination of OMO-1 and other drugs is well tolerated and can improve and enhance the targeted therapeutic effect of EGFR. Although single administration of OMO-1 had no effect on NSCLC HCC827 EGFR, its administration in combination with Erlotinib delayed tumor recurrence. |
