Levofloxacin-3 - Introduction
Levofloxacin C is a compound whose chemical name is (S)-4-(Amino, 3-dihydro-7H-[1,4]oxazino[2,3,4-ij]quinolin-10-yl)-1-methylpiperazine 1-oxide. It is an oxalic acid two cardiovascular brake, mainly used to treat respiratory system infections, urinary tract infections and digestive system infections.
(S)-4-(1, 3-dihydro-7H-[1,4]oxazino[2,3,4-ij]quinolin-10-yl)-1-methylpiperazine 1-oxide can be prepared as follows: first, 7-hydroxy levofloxacin is synthesized; Then, under alkaline conditions, by adding the prepared 5-amino -8-chloroquinoline -2,3-dioxide to carry out the protection of hydroxymethyl group; Next, it is reacted with carboxylic acid chloride to form impurity C, and the pure product is obtained through appropriate purification steps.
It should be noted that (S)-4-(3-dihydro-7H-[1,4]oxazino[2,3,4-ij]quinolin-10-yl)-1-methylpiperazine 1-oxide needs to comply with relevant safety operating procedures during use. It can be harmful to the environment and waste should be disposed of properly. During storage and handling, avoid contact with oxidants and avoid inhalation of dust. For users, appropriate personal protective equipment such as chemical protective gloves and safety glasses should be worn. In addition, its toxicity and irritation need to be further understood and evaluated, so it needs to be used with caution. For specific safety information and operational guidelines, the relevant chemical safety data forms should be consulted or a professional should be consulted for more detailed information.
