Linezolid-7 - Introduction
(S)-N-(3-(2-oxooxazolidin-5-yl)methyl)formamide is an organic compound with the chemical formula C16H18FN3O4.
It is a white to off-white solid, soluble in some organic solvents such as ethanol and dimethyl sulfoxide. It has a melting point of about 138-140°C.
(S)-N-((3-(over)-2-oxooxazolidin-5-yl)methyl)formamide has a wide range of applications. It is a very important synthetic intermediate that can be used to synthesize a variety of antibiotics and drugs. Because of its nitrogen-containing heterocyclic structure and fluorine atoms, it has a variety of biological activities in the field of medicine, such as antibacterial and antifungal activity.
The method of preparing (S)-N-((3-(o)-2-oxooxazolidin-5-yl)methyl)formamide can be used by adding an appropriate amount (S) reaction of-1-methoxyacetoxide chloride with 3-(3-fluoro-4-morpholinyl) benzoic acid to give (S)-3-(3-fluoro-4-morpholinyl)-2-oxo-l, 2,4-pyrazoline, followed by reaction with formamide to form (S)-N-((3-()-2-oxooxazolidin-5-yl)methyl)-formamide.
