Abstract:
The isocyanate adhesive was prepared from triphenylmethane triisocyanate and castor oil, and the optimum molar ratio of triphenylmethane triisocyanate to castor oil was optimized, the reaction temperature is 60~80 ℃, the reaction time is 2H. The target compound was synthesized by infrared spectrum analysis. It provides a reference for industrial production and has potential industrial application value.

Abstract:
The cross-linking reaction of triphenylmethane -4,4 & prime;,4 & Prime;-triisocyanate (TTI) to polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) in water was investigated by orthogonal experiment. TTI was directly used as raw material to judge the process of the reaction by using the insolubility of the cross-linking reaction product with PVA and the compression shear strength of the system. The results show that the addition of TTI can greatly improve the bonding performance and water resistance of PVA glue, especially the milky white color which is stable.
