Abstract:
The study of space spray dosage forms of tetrafluorothrin was introduced. In this paper, the characteristics of space spray application of TEF were clarified by the efficacy test, and the aqueous emulsion containing TEF suitable for space spray was developed. The water emulsion has the characteristics of small irritation, small smell and fast knock-down speed. It is a new type of space spray suitable for public health elimination and high-grade business district.

Abstract:
to optimize the reaction conditions, the key intermediates 2,3,5 were prepared by the reduction and etherification reaction with the raw materials of four fluorine terephthalate, potassium borohydride, dimethyl sulfate and so on, 6-tetrafluoro-4-methoxymethylbenzyl alcohol, this intermediate is further condensed with 2,2,3, 3-tetramethylcyclopropanecarbonyl chloride to obtain the target product tetrafluorothrin. The total yield was 76.7% and the product Mass fraction was more than 96% based on the three steps. The reaction conditions of this route are mild, the yield is high, and it is suitable for industrial production.

Abstract:
purpose water is used as the medium of dropping and releasing, and the disc mosquito-repellent incense, the electric-heating-sheet mosquito-repellent incense and the electric-heating-liquid mosquito-repellent incense are made. Methods through the dissolution-emulsification-package and other processing technology, the development of water-soluble medium mother liquid, the disc mosquito coil, electric heating film mosquito coil, and used for electric liquid mosquito coil, and according to the national standard method of efficacy, toxicity and stability were studied. Results The 15% chlorofluthrin and 15% tetrafluoromethrin mother liquor were prepared, and the mother liquor was diluted with water for the preparation of chlorofluthrin, tetrafluorothrin mosquito coils, electric mosquito coils and electric liquid mosquito coils; The KT50 of 0.35% water repellent coils is 4.93 and 4.52, the KT50 of the electric patch mosquito coil is 2.90 and 4.53 min after being energized for 8H, and the KT50 of the electric liquid mosquito coil is 3.43 and 3.53 min after being energized for 360H, the knock-down rate of 1H in the simulated field reached more than 90% except for the chlorofluoroether agent, and the acute toxicity test showed that all of them were of low toxicity grade. Conclusion using water instead of oil as solvent can greatly reduce the amount of kerosene and CO2 emissions, which can reduce the cost of enterprises and achieve low energy consumption, low pollution and low emissions.

Abstract:
objective to evaluate the effect of remote flight spray control on the density of Aedes albopictus in the field, and to provide technical methods for the vector emergency treatment of mosquito-borne infectious diseases. Methods the remote flight sprayer was applied to the Aedes albopictus habitat to implement low-volume spray and ultra-low-volume spray, different doses of aqueous emulsions containing 4% permethrin and 1% tetrafluromethrin were used. Doses of 4.5 and 9.0 mg/m ^ 2 were used in the low-volume spray mode, and doses of 1.5 and 3.0 mg/m ^ 2 were used in the ultra-low-volume spray mode. The density of mosquito was monitored by human induced method. The density changes of Aedes albopictus in the experimental area and the control area were observed before and after application, and the reduction rate of mosquito density was calculated. Results the density of Aedes albopictus decreased by 9.0 after spraying with 91.3% mg/m ^ 2 for 25 min; the density reduction rate of Aedes albopictus was 3.0 after the ultra-low volume spraying with the dose of 92.5% mg/m ^ 2 for 25 min. Conclusion This study provides a technical method for rapid prevention and control of dengue fever outbreak in China.
