preparation | 1-dimethylamino-2-nitroethylene is a kind of nitromethane and N,N-dimethylformamide dimethylacetal prepared in one step. nitromethane (50g,819.1mmol) and N,N-dimethylformamide dimethyl acetal (DMF-DMA)(97.61g,819.13mmol) were dissolved in methanol (300mL) in a single-mouthed flask and reacted at 80 ℃ for 1h. After the reaction is completed, the temperature is reduced to about 0 ℃, and the solid will be precipitated when it is allowed to stand. The filter cake was soaked and beaten with methanol (120mL), filtered by suction, and dried under reduced pressure to obtain 90.4g of 1-dimethylamino-2-nitrovinyl brown solid with a yield of 95.0%. |
