preparation | first dissolve 200mg of hydrazine sulfate in 3mL of acetic acid aqueous solution with a concentration of 0.5mo/L, slowly drop potassium cyanate solution (275mg of potassium cyanate dissolved in 0.93mL of water) into the solution, stir the mixture at room temperature for 4 hours, and transfer the mixture to a 25mL centrifuge tube after the reaction is over, add 2mL of water into the centrifuge tube to crystallize, and separate the precipitate by centrifuge (5000g, 5min). wash the precipitate twice with 2mL of anhydrous ethanol and ether to obtain 150mg of product. the reaction equation is as follows: |
