purpose	This product is a sulfur dye intermediate.
production method	is obtained by reacting 2, 4-dinitroaniline [97-02-9] with acetic anhydride. 400kg of acetic anhydride was added to the acylation reaction pot, stirred, and 550kg of 2, 4-dinitroaniline was added within 10-15min. The temperature was raised to 40 °c, and 4.2kg of sulfuric acid was added. The temperature was raised to 115-120 °c within 1H, and the temperature was kept for 6H. After completion of the reaction, the temperature was raised to 120-125 ° C., and the acetic acid was recovered by vacuum distillation until the amount of recovered acetic acid reached 150kg, and the distillation was completed. 1000L of water was discharged in a barrel, 1000kg of crushed ice was added, and the water temperature was lowered to below 5 ° C., and the above-mentioned acetylation reactant was added within half an hour. Filtration is carried out below 30 °c, the filter cake is washed with cold water to a pH of 6-7 and dried below 80 °c to give the finished product. The yield was 95%.
