production method | the following two processes can be used. (1) from ethyl acetoacetate and O-methoxyaniline in the role. First, the dried ethanol solution of xylene, ethyl acetoacetate and triethanolamine is heated to a slight boiling point, and a part of the xylene solution (temperature between 118-120 ℃) is distilled out, and the temperature is slowly raised to 137-140 ℃ to collect xylene, the mixture of ethanol was cooled to 5-7 °c and the crystals were filtered. The crude product was washed with a little xylene and recrystallized from ethanol. (2) reaction between O-methoxyaniline and diketene: 500 parts of water was added to a reaction kettle. 0.02 parts of triphenylphosphine and 0.1 parts of N,N-dimethylaniline were added with vigorous stirring. Within 45min, 90 parts of diketene (95.6% Pure) and 1123 parts of O-methoxyaniline (both added at equimolar rate) were added in two lines (inserted into the solution) under stirring. The reaction temperature was maintained at 20 °c with sufficient cooling. After the addition reaction was completed, the mixture was stirred for 1H to obtain a slurry-like product. Cool it to 10 °c, filter, dry, 192 parts of white O-methoxyacetoacetanilide are obtained in a yield of 93% and a purity of 99.5%. In industrial production, the condensation reaction between O-methoxyaniline and diketene can also be carried out in ethanol medium at 20-25 °c. |
