use | dye intermediate. |
production method | is obtained by condensation of ethylenediamine and acetic anhydride. In the acylation reactor, ethylene diamine is diluted with ice water to a concentration of about 20%, and then industrial acetic anhydride is slowly added. The reaction temperature is controlled at 20-25 ℃. After the reaction reaches the end point, it is neutralized with 30% sodium hydroxide solution to pH = 6.5-7 to obtain the finished product. |
