Introduction | N-benzylethanolamine is an organic amine, which is a key intermediate in the synthesis of cyclovinyltetramine. |
Use | products are widely used in pharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, dyes. N-benzyl ethanolamine is mainly used for organic reagents and pharmaceutical intermediates. |
preparation method | 200g benzaldehyde, 126.6G ethanolamine, 20g alkali, 600mL methanol and 0.2gPd mass percentage of 3% of Pd/C catalyst, the high pressure reactor vacuum to the pressure ≤-0.09MPa, to the vacuum after the high pressure reactor through nitrogen replacement 3 times, then hydrogen gas is introduced for replacement for 3 times, and hydrogen gas is continued to be introduced until the pressure in the kettle is 1MPa, and the reaction is stirred for 6H at a temperature of 50 ℃ and a hydrogen pressure of 1MPa. After the reaction is finished, the reaction is cooled to room temperature, the filtrate and residue are obtained by filtration, and the filtrate is distilled at atmospheric pressure to remove methanol from 60 ℃ to 70 ℃. The methanol-removed filtrate is reduced to room temperature, and the distillation is continued under reduced pressure to 1.6kPa, the fractions from 153 °c to 156 °c were collected to obtain 267.6G of a colorless liquid, I .e., N-benzylethanolamine. |
