use | used as an intermediate for acid blue 90, 91, 109 and other dyes. for organic synthesis |
production method | 1, N-ethyl m-toluidine method???????? In the reaction, sodium hydroxide aqueous solution and sodium carbonate are selected as the acid binding agent. The ratio of N-ethyl m-toluidine to benzyl chloride is 1:(0.95~1.05)(molar ratio), the reaction temperature is successively at 40 ℃ and 100 ℃ to the end point, and then separated by water reduction, and the oil layer is distilled under reduced pressure to obtain the product. At least 1350kg N-ethyl-N-benzyl m-toluidine can be obtained by 1000kg N-ethyl m-toluidine. 2. m-toluidine method???? After N-ethyl m-toluidine is prepared by using chloroethane (or ethanol) as alkylating agent, the product is prepared in the same way as the previous method. |
