production method | 1. Cyclohexylamine as raw material. Derived from the reaction of cyclohexanone with methylamine. The aluminum sheet was immersed in methanol, and then the high mercury chloride was added. The immersion was continued for 2H, and the temperature was not more than 55 ° C., and the soaking solution was removed. Ethanol was added to the above activated aluminum sheet, and a mixed solution of methylamine and cyclohexanone was added dropwise with stirring, and the mixture was heated to reflux and left overnight. 10% sodium hydroxide solution was added for alkalization, and the mixture was extracted twice with benzene, washed with water, and then distilled to recover benzene, and then N-methylcyclohexylamine was distilled off. The yield was about 80%. |
