Abstract:
with thiophosphoryl chloride as raw material, toluene as solvent, at a certain temperature, n-propylamine, ammonia mixed droplets added to thiophosphoryl chloride, toluene mixture, after the reaction is completed, layer, ammonia gas is introduced into the organic phase at the same temperature, ammonia is passed, ammonium chloride is removed by heating and filtration, and the filtrate is cooled, crystallized, filtered and dried to obtain the final product N-propylthiophosphoric triamide, the total yield was 79%. The process is simple, less waste, low production cost, high yield and suitable for industrial production.

Abstract:
N-propyl thiophosphoric triamide (NPPT) was synthesized by one-pot method, N-propylthiophosphoric triamide was synthesized by nucleophilic substitution reaction to form N-propylthiophosphoric dichloride, followed by ammonolysis with ammonia gas. The purity of the product was 97.5% and the total yield was 76.6%.

Abstract:
In this paper, the N-propylthiophosphoryl dichloride was prepared in a reaction kettle with trichlorosulfon and N-propylamine as raw materials. The feed liquid was directly "one-pot method" without separation and filtration ", n-propylthiophosphoric triamide (NPPT) was prepared by the reaction with ammonia gas. The purity of the target product was 98.6% and the total yield was 80.5%. The effects of acid binding agent type, solvent type and raw material ratio on product yield were investigated. The process has the advantages of high product yield, low production cost, basically no three wastes discharge, simple operation and labor saving, and easy to realize industrial production.

Abstract:
[objective] adding biochemical inhibitors is one of the effective ways to improve fertilizer use efficiency of rice. The purpose of this study was to reveal the population advantages of fertilizer saving and efficiency enhancement in combination with different fertilization patterns, and to find a suitable application method for high yield and high efficiency of rice in yellow paddy field. [Method] a two-factor randomized block design was used to study the effects of biochemical inhibitor combination and fertilization mode (one-time and fractional fertilization) on the population quality of rice in yellow paddy field.
【result】 the effective number of tillers, the effective leaf area index (LAI), the dry matter accumulation from heading to maturity of rice treated with urea, SPAD value at heading stage and grain yield were significantly increased by 0.8%,24.0%,9.3%,1.5% and 14.2%, respectively, compared with the one-time application. Under different fertilization patterns, combined application of biochemical inhibitor combination N-butyl thiophosphoric triamide/N-propyl thiophosphoric triamide +2-chloro-6-(trichloromethyl) pyridine (NBPT/NPPT+ CP) significantly increased the number of effective tillers and spike-forming rate, increased dry matter accumulation after heading, and increased effective LAI, SPAD value at heading stage was increased, grain-leaf ratio was increased, and source-sink relationship was improved. Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between dry matter accumulation from heading to maturity and grain yield. New Urease Inhibitor N-propylthiophosphoric triamide (NPPT) applied alone and with 2-chloro-6-(trichloromethyl) pyridine (CP) the population quality of rice was similar to that of N-butyl thiophosphoric triamide (NBPT).
【conclusion】through the integration and optimization of fertilization technology and inhibitor application, the population quality of rice in yellow paddy field can be improved, the transformation of photosynthetic products can be improved, and the yield can be higher.
