Abstract:
0.5% promethamine hydrochloride is widely used in ophthalmic surgery because of its fast action time and good anesthetic effect, but it has great toxicity. Laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) is the world's most advanced technology for the treatment of myopia, and the mode of anesthesia is surface anesthesia, so whether the operation can be carried out smoothly and the speed of postoperative visual acuity recovery is related to the amount of preoperative surface anesthetic. In order to observe the anesthetic effect and side effects of 0.5% proparticaine hydrochloride in LASIK, 100 patients with myopia were observed in March, and the results are reported as follows.
