Physical and Chemical Properties | White Crystal, no smell, Crystal uniform. Sweet, sweetness is about 0.45 of sucrose. Sweet pure, sweet fast, no aftertaste, its sweet feeling and sucrose basically similar. In the chemical structure, is an isomer of sucrose. Acid-resistant, heat-resistant, not easy to hydrolysis. No Maillard reaction. After eating, the blood glucose increased slightly, without dental caries. Natural products are found in honey and sugarcane juice. |

recently, Professor christani Jeyakumar Henry, director of the Singapore Clinical Nutrition Research Centre (CNRC), conducted a study on 20 Chinese people, A comparison of real-life blood glucose levels between low-sugar eaters and high-sugar eaters. The results showed that the health level of low-sugar dieters [palatinotm, a functional carbohydrate containing BENEO in food] showed three improvements: lower blood glucose levels, lower blood glucose fluctuations, and faster fat burning.

Abstract:
using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), with the analysis column of krolmasil KR100-5NH2 column, acetonitrile-water (4:1) as mobile phase, Differential refractometer as detector, one injection can simultaneously determine fructose, glucose, sucrose, paraben, etc. The coefficient of variation was 0.41% ~ 0.85%, the recovery was 98.67% ~ 101.7%, and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.99992~1.0000. The lowest detection limit was in micrograms.
