use | edible spices. Used as a condensing agent and solvent in organic synthesis Used as an analytical reagent Hexahydropyridine, also known as piperidine, is an intermediate of the plant growth regulator mepiperium. Piperidine, also known as hexahydropyridine, is an intermediate of the fungicide benzidine and the plant growth regulator meperium. piperidine is used to manufacture local anesthetics, analgesics, fungicides, wetting agents, epoxy resin curing agents, rubber vulcanization accelerators, etc. Used as an intermediate for synthetic drugs, raw materials for rubber accelerators and epoxy resin curing agents, etc. |
Production method | is obtained by catalytic hydrogenation of pyridine. Add pyridine and nickel catalyst into an autoclave, add hydrogen when heated to 50 ℃, and continue to heat and pass hydrogen until 200 ℃, and the hydrogen pressure is nearly 7MPa and no hydrogen is absorbed. The reaction liquid is filtered, the filtrate is fractionated, and the distillate at 102-108 ℃ is collected to obtain piperidine. Another preparation method is to heat pyridine in anhydrous ethanol, add metal sodium, after the reaction, distill with steam, evaporate piperidine and ethanol, neutralize with hydrochloric acid and evaporate the ethanol to obtain piperidine hydrochloride, Treated with sodium hydroxide to obtain free piperidine. The preparation method is obtained by catalytic hydrogenation of pyridine as raw material. The catalyst is Laney nickel, the temperature gradually rises from 50 ℃ to 200 ℃, and the pressure is up to 5~7 MPa. Hydrogen is passed until it is not absorbed, the reaction liquid is filtered, and the fraction at 102~108 ℃ is collected by filtrate distillation. the preparation method is to mix pyridine and lanini nickel catalyst evenly and place them in an autoclave, replace the air in the autoclave with hydrogen, heat to 50 ℃, pass hydrogen 5000 kPa, continue to heat to 150 ℃, stir, gradually reduce the pressure to 1000kPa, continue to rise to 150~200 ℃, add hydrogen to 7000kPa, after reaction, the pressure is reduced to 1000kPa, and then pass hydrogen to 7000kPa at 200 ℃, hydrogen is passed about 6~7 times until hydrogen is no longer absorbed. When the reaction solution is reduced to about 70 ℃, the supernatant is taken for filtration, and the filtrate is fractionated to obtain the product. Made by electrolytic reduction of pyridine. |
