Summary:
Through the determination of specific resistance and moisture content of mud cake, the sludge dewatered fly ash (containing coarse and fine) and quicklime dosing experiments were carried out. Separate dosing experiments show that when the dosage is 10g/100mL, fine fly ash (under 0.075mm sieve) can reduce the specific resistance by 91.8%, and the effect is slightly lower than that of quicklime. And fine fly ash has the best effect on reducing the moisture content of mud cake. Combined and separate dosing comparative experiments show that when the dosage is 10g/100mL, the combined dosing of fly ash and quicklime at a 1:1 (mass ratio) reduces the specific resistance by up to 99.8%, which is better than that of both dosing alone. However, the effect of combined dosing to reduce the moisture content of mud cake is not as good as that of single dosing of fly ash, which is only equivalent to that of quicklime.

Summary:
through a large number of indoor tests, the water content change law of loose soil mixed with high water content dredged sludge and quicklime was studied. Introducing the concept of water content reduction rate, it is concluded that the change of water content reduction rate of treated soil with ash doping ratio has nothing to do with the initial water content of the original mud, and the water content reduction rate increases linearly with the increase of ash doping ratio. According to the variation law of water content, a simple and practical prediction method of water content of treated soil is proposed. The experimental data of the existing literature are used to verify the validity of the proposed change law and prediction method of the water content of the treated soil.

Summary:
Preliminary studies on the effects of quicklime application on soil enzyme activity and soybean yield showed that acid phosphatase and invertase activities were inhibited with the weakening of soil acidity during each growth period of soybean, while urease and catalase activities were enhanced. Soybean yield showed a trend of increasing with the increase of quicklime application amount, and the yield of each treatment increased by 1.0% ~ 9.5% compared with the control. The correlation analysis between soil enzyme activity and soybean yield shows that soil enzyme activity is improved after acidic soil improvement. Planting soybean on acidic soil and fertilizing with a certain amount of quicklime have a good promotion effect on improving soil fertility and increasing soybean yield, but the application amount in actual production should be determined according to specific conditions. Figure 5, Table 3, Ref. 16.
