Preparation Method:
(S)-3-Amino-4-(2-chloro-phenyl)-butyric acid-HCl can be synthesized by the following steps:
1. First, (S)-3-amino -4-(2-chlorophenyl) butyric acid reacts with hydrochloric acid to generate (S)-3-amino -4-(2-chlorophenyl) butyrate;
2. Then, (S)-3-amino -4-(2-chlorophenyl) butyrate is reacted with hydrochloric acid to produce (S)-3-Amino-4-(2-chloro-phenyl)-butyric acid-HCl.
