Abstract:
A high performance liquid chromatographic method was established for the determination of allyl esters. The samples were extracted with acetone, cleaned up on a fluridine silica column, and eluted with 95% methanol as the mobile phase gradient, phenmenex (5 μm,150 × 4.6mmi.d) column separation with UV detector (lambda;em = 260 nm). The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the peak area and the concentration of the analyte in the range of 0.05~100.0 μg/mL, and the correlation coefficient was 0.9992, the relative standard deviation was 0.58% ~ 4.78% and the recovery was 80.0% ~ 95.8%. The method is simple, rapid, reproducible and sensitive.Key words:

Abstract:
Two Insect growth regulators (IGRs) were determined by the method of feed mixed toxicity. Lethal effects on the nymphs and adults of the important reservoir pest Liposcelis bostrychophila Badonnel, effects on nymphs development, adult fecundity and egg hatchability.
