SH-PEG3400-NH2 - Introduction
Thiol-PEG-Amine,NH2-PEG-SH (Thiol-PEG-Amine) is a chemical molecule, which is formed by the thiol (thiol) and polyethylene glycol amino (PEG-Amine) linkage. Thiol can react with other molecules to form stable sulfur bonds. The PEG-Amine moiety contains an amino group, allowing it to react with amine groups of other molecules.
Thiol-PEG-Amine,NH2-PEG-SH have the following properties:
1. Soluble in water and some organic solvents;
2. Good biocompatibility and biostability;
3. with adjustable molecular weight and chemical modification group.
Thiol-PEG-Amine, the main use of NH2-PEG-SH is as a functional modifier in the biomedical field. It can be used in the preparation of drug delivery systems with specific targeting, the preparation of aggregate antigens, surface modification and biosensors.
Thiol-PEG-Amine, there are two main methods of making NH2-PEG-SH:
1. The thiol compound was synthesized first, and then reacted with PEG-Amine;
2. the first synthesis of PEG-Amine, and then the thiolation reaction.
