Preparation method
780 parts of clear water are placed in a strongly stirred reactor at a stirring speed of 30 r/min. Pass chilled water in the jacket to reduce the temperature to 0 ℃ (no chilled water, add crushed ice in the kettle). 27 parts of ethylene imine were added. Add decatane isocyanate slowly under stirring within 1~2 h. The temperature will rise during the reaction, but it must be controlled at 33~37°C. After cooling to 20 ℃, measure the pH. If the pH does not reach 8, adjust it appropriately. If the pH has reached 8, move into a sand mill or porcelain ball mill for sanding or ball milling.
