Use | SP-146 is a highly effective, selective and ATP competitive Aurora B inhibitor. IC50 is 0.316 nM, with> 2000 times selectivity for FLT3 and KIT, IC50 is 1475.6 nM and 1307.6 nM respectively. SP-146 is selective for breast cancer cells such as MDA-MD-468 (GI50=107 nM). SP-146 can be used in the research of triple negative breast cancer (TNBC). |
