extraction process
step 1, remove the outer red skin of the peanut, then crush the peanut kernel and roll it into peanut embryo slices, the thickness of the peanut embryo slices is 0.2~1.3mm;
Step 2, put the peanut embryo slices into the flat-panel dryer for baking, the baking temperature is controlled at 260 ℃, the baking time is controlled at 30 minutes, and the baking pressure is controlled at 0.2Mpa;
In step 3, the roasted peanut embryo slices obtained in step 2 are extruded and expanded. The extrusion pressure is 2.7MPa, the extrusion temperature is 120 ℃, and the extrusion time is 70 seconds.
in step 4, the peanut material obtained in step 3 is pressed at low temperature. the low temperature pressing temperature is 45 ℃, and the pressure of the press chamber is 3.0Mpa to obtain crude oil.
Step 5: Add acid liquid into the crude oil and stir. The acid liquid is 2wt% of the mass of the crude oil, and the acid liquid is an aqueous solution of citric acid with a concentration of 0.1wt%. Stir for 20min, stand for stratification, remove the water layer, wash the oil layer with water, and then remove the water layer;
in step 6, the peanut oil obtained in step 5 is cooled to 1 ℃ at a cooling rate of 12 ℃/min, bentonite is added, and the amount of bentonite is 3% of the weight of crude oil. after stirring, it is filtered by cold pressing to remove solids.
in step 7, diatomite is added to the peanut oil obtained in step 6, and then sent to the ceramic membrane for filtration and degumming treatment. the addition amount of diatomite is 1% of the weight of the filtered crude oil. the molecular weight cut-off of the ceramic membrane is 20000Da, the filtration temperature is 25 ℃, and the filtration pressure is 0.3Mpa;
in step 8, degummed peanut oil is subjected to vacuum deodorization treatment to obtain Luzhou-flavor peanut oil. the vacuum degree in vacuum deodorization treatment is 0.08Mpa, the feed liquid temperature is 140 ℃, and the treatment time is 0.5h.
production method
