biological activity | tetrahydro Magnol (Magnolignan) is the main metabolite of Magnolol, it is a potent selective cannabinoid CB2 receptor agonist with an EC50 of 170 nM and a Ki of 416 nM. Trahydromagnol is 20-fold more selective for the CB2 receptor than the CB1 receptor. Tetrahydro Magnol is also a weak antagonist of the GPR55 receptor. |
